On Friday, 6.10.23, we invited our parents, Margit and Yossi Silverman, and the Biebs family – Jordan, Shiri, and their children Ariel and Kafir, to our house. It was a fun evening like many others.
The sirens started on Saturday morning. We entered the bomb shelter and heard about terrorist activity throughout the surrounding areas of Gaza.
We tried to make contact to make sure everything was alright In Kibbutz Nir Oz. At around 08:00, we lost contact with our parents and Shiri.
A video that the enemy uploaded to the Internet revealed the worst.
Shiri and the children were kidnapped.
Later we received a report that they were all kidnapped – our parents and the Biebs family. The shock hit us hard and we all worry and fear the worst.
We hope and pray that this is not the last meal...
